Breaches:
The teacher is arrested for alleged crimes of inciting hatred and the disclosure of secrets following the publication on social media of more than a hundred messages against the violent attacks by the Civil Guard and National Police during the 1 October referendum and following months. The case is opened as part of theOperation Dignity campaign. Taken to the Civil Guard police station, Manel Riu adhered to his right to remain silent. and was released on bail the same day. The Examining Magistrate’s Court of Tremp has summoned him to testify on 18 January 2018.
