The Constitutional Court lifts the fines for the members of the Electoral Commission following their resignation

Breaches:



The Constitutional Court agrees to lift the coercive fines for the members of the Electoral Commission and the territorial electoral trustees after having verified that they resigned from their positions and left without acting on the agreements made in preparation for the referendum, as ordered by the Court in a ruling made on 20 September.
