Breaches:
The Civil Guard deploys a surveillance device in front of a printing press in Constantí (Indugraf Offset), where they suspect that material for the referendum could be being printed. First, they search the vehicles that arrive and then they carry out a search authorised by the Tarragona Public Prosecutor’s Office. The High Court of Justice of Catalonia confirms that the Civil Guard is not acting either by order of the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 13 of Barcelona or by the Police Court of Tarragona.
