The Constitutional Court nullifies the conclusions of the Commission for the Study of the Constituent Process


In addition to annulling the conclusions of the Commission, the Constitutional Court refers Forcadell’s actions to the Prosecutor’s Office for having allowed the debate and voting in the plenary session so that it can issue any criminal actions it deems pertinent.
