The Constitutional Court prohibits Parliament from holding debates on the monarchy and self-determination

Breaches:

The Bureau of Parliament admits a motion put forth by JxCat, ERC and the CUP, condemning the Supreme Court ruling against the pro-independence leaders and calling for the plenary session to reaffirm its censure of King Felipe VI and its defence of the right to self-determination. On 31 October, the Spanish government files a challenge bringing the Bureau’s decision before the Constitutional Court, which on 5 November accepts the appeal for consideration, suspends the admission of the motion and warns Parliament President Roger Torrent, the members of the Bureau and the secretary-general of criminal consequences if they do not comply with the suspension. 32 members of Parliament from Ciudadanos file an amparo appeal against the admission of the first resolution by the Bureau of Parliament and, on May 2023, the Constitucional Court will confirm their appeal.
