Breaches:
At the request of the PSC and with the support of JxCat and ERC, the Bureau of the Parliament agrees to ask their legal department for a report on the effects of the suspension of the MPs prosecuted for rebellion in the case against the leaders of the 1 October referendum (Carles Puigdemont, Oriol Junqueras, Jordi Turull, Raül Romeva, Josep Rull and Jordi Sànchez). In their report, dated 17 July, the legal department endorses a ‘temporary’ replacement of the suspended deputies, as proposed by Supreme Court magistrate Pablo Llarena.
