The Electoral Board excludes Marcel Vivet from the lists of Guanyem Badalona

Breaches:

Marcel Vivet was number 3 on the electoral list of Guanyem Badalona, led by Dolors Sabater, for the 28 May municipal election. The Electoral Board leaves him out of the list due to his sentence of 1 year and a half in prison and a fine. Vivet was sentenced for his participation in 2018 to ‘Holi’ demonstration, organised by Arran, to protest against the tribute to the 1 October baton charges organised by police union Jusapol. Vivet was sentenced, firstly, by the Barcelona Provincial Court, to five years in prison, but the High Court of Justice of Catalonia reduced the sentence to one year and a half in prison and the judgment became final.
