The Prosecutor’s Office accuses former mayor Serracant of a serious crime of disobedience, since he ‘did not prevent or paralyse’ the 1 October referendum in Sabadell. The Prosecutor’s Office requests two years of disqualification from holding public office, as well as a fine of 15,000 euros to be paid within 10 months.
