The High Court of Justice of Catalonia accepts part of the precautionary measures requested by the Prosecutor’s Office in the complaint against the government and orders the closure of the garanties.cat website and the website where volunteers could sign up to help organise the 1 October referendum

The garanties.cat website contained information on the Referendum Law. The High Court of Justice of Catalonia also orders the Civil Guard to report on the private media that have published advertisements of the referendum as part of the measures requested by the Prosecutor’s Office against the Catalan government.
