Breaches:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia issues an interlocutory order concluding the investigation against Laura Borràs and four other people. The Court considers it proven that Laura Borràs divided contracts in order to avoid the relevant administrative procedures and proceed with their direct adjudication when she was head of the Institució de les Lletres Catalanes, and considers that these facts could constitute crimes of administrative prevarication, document forgery, fraud in the public administration and embezzlement of public funds. The five investigated subjects will appeal against the interlocutory order and the Court will revoke it on 4 April, on the understanding that the right of defence of the accused had not been respected by not allowing them to examine the proceedings in advance.
