Breaches:
The Administrative Court no. 10 of Barcelona sanctions the mayor of Sant Cugat Mireia Ingla (ERC), after the court had previously forced her to take down the banner demanding the freedom of political prisoners, following a complaint by Ciudadanos. Despite the fact that the mayor already took it down in June 2021, the court argues that the banner has been replaced by banners and signs that are placed inside the windows of the Town Hall, therefore not complying with the sentence. The mayor will have to pay this sum until she proves that these symbols have been completely removed.
