Breaches:
The High Court of Justice of Catalonia orders President Quim Torra to remove the banner with a yellow ribbon and the slogan ‘Free political prisoners and exiles’ from the balcony of the Palace of the Government of Catalonia within 48 hours, pending a decision on Impulso Ciudadano’s complaint against the banner. Torra appeals the decision before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia itself and announces that he will not remove it.
