The High Prosecutor’s Office of the High Court of Justice of Catalonia orders the Civil Guard, the National Police and the Mossos d’Esquadra to pursue acts aimed at the preparing for the referendum, specifying that they should adopt any immediate measures needed to prove the facts and to sieze instruments intended to be used to hold the referendum: ballot boxes, ballots, instructions, etc. (Instruction 2/2017).
