Breaches:
The Sixth Examining Magistrate’s Court of Figueres opened proceedings against Mayor Marta Felip in March following a report issued by the Civil Guard, and is therefore under ex officio investigation. She is being investigated for an alleged crime of disobedience by the Constitutional Court for her participation in the 1 October referendum. In Court, the mayor adheres to her right to remain silent.
