The National Court sentences pro-independence activists Jaume Roura and Enric Stern to 15 months in prison for burning photographs of the king


The prison sentence that the National High Court issued for Roura and Stern for the crime of lèse majesté is eventually replaced by a fine of 2,700 euros. The convicted parties are appealing the ruling to the Constitutional Court.
