The National High Court confirms the conviction of the rapper Pablo Hasél

Breaches:

The court confirms the sentence from March 2018 in which Hasél is convicted of crimes related to glorification of terrorism, lèse majesté to the Crown and the State Security Forces and Corps due to the content of his messages posted on Twitter and for songs on YouTube about the GRAPO organisation. However, the National High Court reduced the sentence from 2 years to 9 months in prison, arguing that some of the messages were posted prior to the reform of the 2015 Criminal Code, which increases the penalties for such conduct.
