The National High Court dismisses the appeal lodged by the Sant Julià de Ramis Town Hall claiming compensation for the damages caused by the Civil Guard on 1 October at the Municipal Pavilion

The damages are estimated to amount to 13,427.43 euros. Before going to court, the Town Hall had appealed to the Ministry of Justice, which had also rejected it. The National High Court considers that the Civil Guard acted in accordance with a court ruling ordering it to remove all material related to the electoral process.
