Quim Torra is on trial for failing to remove the yellow ribbon from the balcony for the second time

Breaches:

The Court that is investigating the second case of disobedience against former president Quim Torra is prosecuting him for not having removed a banner featuring a yellow ribbon from the balcony of the Catalan Government as ordered by the High Court of Justice of Catalonia. The prosecution is for an alleged crime of disobedience. The Prosecutor’s Office and the association Impulso Ciudadano, which is acting as private prosecutor, have been asked to present their indictments. Torra will appeal the decision but the Provincial Court of Barcelona is set to confirm the prosecution on 30 April 2021.
