Breaches:
The Court confirms the sentences ranging from two to 13 years in prison and declines to convict the youth of the crime of terrorism as the Prosecutor’s Office had urged it to do. The defendants appeal the sentence before the Supreme Court, which will throw out the aggravating factors of abuse of superiority and discrimination, thus reducing the sentences to prison terms between one and a half years and nine and a half years. The crime of causing injury, of which two of the defendants had been convicted, will also be thrown out due to a lack of evidence.
