The Supreme Court upholds the dissolution of Parliament under Article 155

Breaches:

The Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court dismisses the appeal presented by JxSí and CUP MPs against the dissolution of Parliament pursuant to Article 155, and orders them to pay the costs of the proceedings. The court upholds the dissolution in view of ‘the very serious nature of what had taken place.’ The MPs appeal before the Constitutional Court, but it does not accept the appeal.
