Examining Magistrate’s Court andNational High Courtmagistrate Carmen Lamela extends the sedition investigation against Mossos d’Esquadra Major, Josep Lluís Trapero, in connection with the 1 October referendum events and summons him to testify again, this time under investigation for a new crime of sedition. Following the statement, on 23 February, Lamela decided to set him free without bail.
