Breaches:
The National High Court judge hearing the case against Tamara Carrasco denies her a permit to leave her town to visit her mother, who lives in Sant Vicenç dels Horts and has broken a leg. He also denies the request to transfer the case to the Catalan Examining Magistrate’s Courts, which would be the competent courts to investigate a case for a crime of public disturbance, because the judge considers it necessary to wait until the investigations have been completed.
