Breaches:
During proceedings in the case of the 1 October 2017 police charges in Barcelona, under investigation at the Seventh Examining Magistrate’s Court of Barcelona, the National Police gunman who wounded Roger Español in the eye with a rubber bullet, as well as the commanders who ordered the bullets to be fired, are identified. With the possible perpetrators identified, the court proceedings continue.
