The National Police files a complaint against the director of the satirical magazine El Jueves, Guillermo Martínez-Vela, and the deputy director and head of the digital edition, Joan Ferrús, for publishing a humorous piece entitled ‘The continued presence of anti-riot forces depletes the cocaine reserves in Catalonia.’ On 8 November, the two testify before the Examining Magistrate’s Court no. 20 of Barcelona.
