The government of Catalonia submits a complaint against the Attorney General of the State and the High Prosecutor’s Office of Catalonia

The government of Catalonia files a complaint to the Supreme Court against the Attorney General of the State, José Manuel Maza, and the High Prosecutor of Catalonia, José María Romero de Tejada, for the crimes of prevarication and abuse of power for trying to prevent the referendum when there was already a court case underway. Both die of illness a few weeks later (Maza on 18 November and Romero de Tejada on 27 November).
