The Bureau of Parliament holds a plenary session to a the assess results of the 1 October referendum

Breaches:

The Bureau of Parliament accepts the request of JxSí and CUP to hold an ordinary plenary session on 9 October, with the appearance of President Carles Puigdemont, to assess the results and effects of the 1 October referendum in accordance with the Referendum Law. The following day, the parliamentary group of the PSC submits an appeal for protection to the Constitutional Court against the Bureau’s decisions and requests the provisional suspension of the plenary session. A few hours later, the Constitutional Court accepts the appeal and orders the plenary session suspended. Carme Forcadell and the other pro-sovereignty MPs (76 in total) are bringing the suspension of the plenary session to the European Court of Human Rights.
