The Spanish Government presents an appeal of unconstitutionality against the resolution of Parliament that reiterates the objectives of the resolution on the start of the independence process

The Spanish government lodges an appeals to the Constitutional Court against a resolution approved on 5 July on Parliament regulations which was revoked by the Constitutional Court and reiterated the objectives of the resolution on the start of the independence process for Catalonia, approved on 9 November 2015 and declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court ruling 259/2015.
