Breaches:
The High Prosecutor’s Office of Catalonia orders the Mossos d’Esquadra to seal the venues designated as polling stations before 30 September and to ensure that the polling stations are not set up on 1 October. President Carles Puigdemont, on behalf of the government of Catalonia, asks the SHIgh Court of Justice of Catalonia to remove the Prosecutor’s Office from the investigation into the organisation of the referendum as there is already a legal case open tin the High Court of Justice of Catalonia.
