The Prosecutor’s Office requests a sentence of one and a half years in prison for Carles Ruiz, member of the Palafrugell CDR


The Prosecution accuses the member of the CDR of attacking the authority for his participation in the protests at the doors of the Can Cou-Cou restaurant in Mont-ras, where the Supreme Court magistrate, Pablo Llarena; the president of the PP in Barcelona, Alberto Fernández-Díaz; and 16 other people were having dinner. The Prosecution requests a sentence of one and a half years in prison and a fine of 1,500 euros.
