Breaches:
The Prosecutor’s Office of Barcelona summons the city councillor for Guanyem Badalona en Comú and CUP activist Jose Téllez to give evidence for an alleged crime of disobedience. On 25 September 2017, he seized campaign posters from a car belonging to the Badalona City Police, which had been initially confiscated by the agents, and returned them to Òmnium Cultural activists. Jose Téllez adheres to the right to remain silent.
