The mayor of Reus and several councillors to give evidence to reject the presence of the Spanish national police force in the city

Breaches:

Following a complaint by the National Police, a court in Reus summons the city mayor, six councillors and six others to bring them under investigation for an alleged crime of inciting hatred for showing their objection to the presence of members of the National Police staying in a hotel in the city. The mayor and councillors are being investigated in relation to a manifesto signed on 3 October by groups from the PDeCat, ERC, Ara Reus and CUP, who urged the hotel owners to make the police force leave, while others are being investigated in relation to various rallies organised in front of a police station and the hotel.
