The Provincial Court of Barcelona acquits Roger Umpierrez, arrested in front of the Spanish police headquarters on Via Laietana in 2017, and the officers who allegedly abused him

Breaches:

The Court finds that the facts have not been proven, as the defendants gave contradictory versions during the trial. With regard to Roger, the main argument is that it cannot be concluded that he intended to hit the officer. The Court acquits the National Police officers of the crimes against physical and moral integrity and the crime of minor injuries, while Roger is acquitted of the charge of attacking authority.
