Breaches:
The ANC’s Consum Estratègic website helped consumers search for businesses that are ‘free from the pressures of the Spanish State’. The court had already provisionally ordered the website to be shut down on 20 December 2019 and is now upholding the decision, arguing that the campaign is ‘unfair and contrary to good faith’. The ANC announces that it will appeal before the higher European courts.
