Breaches:
The Provincial Court of Barcelona sentences Roger Aguayo to one year and six months in prison for crimes of attacking authority and causing injuries and acquits him of the charge of crimes of public disturbance. The Court sentences Roger Aguayo for injuring two policemen while participating in the roadblock of the C-25 and the C-17 during the 21 February strike that took place to protest against the start of the trials of the 1 October referendum. Aguayo will also have to compensate the two Mossos d’Esquadra agents. The young man’s defence announces that he will appeal the sentence.
