The Supreme Court rejects the precautionary suspension, requested by the Parliament of Catalonia, of the agreement of the Central Electoral Committee of 20 January, which annulled the MP status of Juvillà (CUP). The Supreme Court had already expressed this same view on the 14th in response to the appeals of Juvillà’s defence team.
