Breaches:
The Central Electoral Board officially announces the results of the European elections and summons the MEP-elects, including Carles Puigdemont, Antoni Comín (Junts per Catalunya-Lliures per Europa) and Oriol Junqueras (ERC) on 17 June at the Congress of Deputies to declare allegiance to the Constitution, as stipulated in Spanish electoral law. The following day, Puigdemont and Comín deliver the official results to the outgoing president of the European Parliament, Antonio Tajani of the European People’s Party, but they are again denied access without any explanation.
