Breaches:
The Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court authorises Quim Forn, in preventive detention in the case against the leaders of the 1 October referendum, to take office as a Barcelona Town Hall city councillor and attend the inaugural plenary session on 14 and 15 June, when the investiture takes place. Forn is not suspended from office and will lead the JxCat municipal group until his conviction in October 2019.
