The Spanish Government is appealing to the Constitutional Court to approve a remote investiture procedure in Parliament

Breaches:

The Spanish government submits an appeal of unconstitutionality against the amendment of the Presidency Law to allow for remote investiture. This was admitted in the the Constitutional Court’s plenary session on the same day, so the amendment is currently suspended. The rest of political groups vote against it. Meanwhile, on 11 May the PSC presents an appeal for protection against the Bureau’s decision to process the law amendment using the single reading procedure.
