Breaches:

The 400 agents of the National police leave the hotel, as it was expected, and they leave with normalcy. The manager of the two Pineda ‘Chekin’ hotels they were staying assured in a statement, two days before, that the  City Council had compelled the establishments to evict them ‘under the treat of closure during 5 years’. The Prosecutor’s Office will lodge a lawsuit against 4 councilors for the aforementioned facts, for coercion and forgery. The Prosecutor’s Office claims that there were threats of closure of the establishment by the first deputy mayor, a ERC and a PSC councilors and the head of the local police. In addition, according to the lawsuit, on the following day a PSC councilor compelled them to sign a statement that stated that the decision was mutual, and not under threat. The judge will summon them on 25 June. Lastly, the former deputy mayor Carme Aragonès (PSC), the deputy mayor Jordi Masnou (PSC) and the head of the local police Carles Santacreu will face trial for the crime of coercion.
