The Thirteenth Magistrate’s Court orders a police search at Òmnium

Breaches:



The Thirteenth Examining Magistrate’s Court of Barcelona investigating the case against leaders and former leaders of the Government of Catalonia for organising the 1 October referendum, orders the Civil Guard to enter and search the headquarters of Òmnium Cultural. That same day, the Civil Guard also arrests the Catalan government’s Secretary of Diffusion and Citizen Service, Antoni Molons, and searches his home and his office in the Palau de la Generalitat. That same afternoon, Molons is released on bail and the following day he is dismissed by the Spanish government as part of their intervention in the Government of Catalonia under Article 155. In April, the Civil Guard also searches theDiplocat headquarters.
