A judge from La Seu d’Urgell provisionally files the case against six of the eight teachers under investigation for a crime of inciting hatred for explaining events related to the 1 October referendum in the classroom

Breaches:

The defence of the teachers under investigation for talking about the 1 October referendum in class, submits an appeal because it considers that the case should be filed due to the lack of evidence of a crime. This is admitted by the Prosecutor’s Office.
