The trial against the Bureau of the 1 October referendum begins before the High Court of Justice of Catalonia

Breaches:

The Chamber High Court of Justice of Catalonia is established to try the former members of the Bureau of the Parliament of Catalonia Lluís Corominas, Anna Simó, Ramona Barrufet i Joan Josep Nuet and the former member of the CUP political group Mireia Boya, after the Supreme Court referred the case as it did consider that it did not have jurisdiction to try them. The Court asks the Prosecutor’s Office, the State’s Attorney Office and the public prosecution carried out by VOX to submit their indictments. The Prosecutor’s Office and the State’s Attorney Office request a sentence of a year and eight months of disqualification and a fine of 10 months for the crime of disobedience but VOX also adds a charge for a crime of criminal organisation and requests 12 years in prison and 20 years of disqualification.
