Breaches:
ERC requests authorisation from the Central Electoral Board for Oriol Junqueras to participate from prison in TV3’s European election debate. It also requests authorisation for both Junqueras and Raül Romeva to participate in several election events. The Central Electoral Board authorises them to participate via video in some events and interviews but not others, depending on the availability of resources at the prison. Meanwhile, JxCat announces that Antoni Comín will participate remotely in the TV3 debate. Ciudadanos and the PP present an appeal before the Provincial Board of Barcelona against TV3’s decision to allow Junqueras and Comín to participate remotely.
