A former member of the National Secretariat of the ANC is arrested for a protest roadblock against the imprisonment of Pablo Hasél

Breaches:

The former national secretary of the Assemblea Nacional Catalana Tomàs Sayes had been summoned to testify in relation to the roadblocks between Bellver and Prullans that had been organised to protest against the imprisonment of rapper Pablo Hasél in February 2021. Sayes had not gone to testify before the First Examining Magistrate’s Court of Seu d’Urgell twice and a summons and search and arrest warrant had been issued against him. Tomàs Sayes has now been arrested at the border with Andorra and has spent the night in a cell of the National Police. He is released the next day after a court ruling.
