Breaches:
The former CUP member of the Parliament of Catalonia, Anna Gabriel, who has been living in exile in Geneva for 4 years, appears before the Court in the context of the prosecution of the leaders of the 1 October referendum. Anna Gabriel is being prosecuted for an alleged crime of disobedience since July 2018. The arrest warrant against the former MP is left without effect and she will soon be summoned to testify. Anna Gabriel returns to Switzerland that same day. In January 2023, and once the pre-trial stage of criminal proceedings has concluded, Marchena, President of Supreme Court Criminal Chamber, upholds the conclusion of that stage, decided by Llarena in September 2022 and sends the case to Barcelona Provincial Court, as she no longer enjoys status as Member of Parliament.
