Breaches:
Òmnium, represented by the lawyer Benet Salellas, files an administrative lawsuit for the protection of fundamental rights after having carried out a request on 6 July 2022 before the Ministry of the Interior requesting an end be put to the infiltrations of pro-independence youth movements. It was dismissed. The lawsuit exposes the case of an agent of the National Police who infiltrated the Students Union of the Catalan Countries, and the attempt to recruit a member of Jovent Republicanà, the youth movement of ERC, to inform on their activities. The Government of Catalonia, on the other hand, denounces the case of the National Police agent who infiltrated the University of Barcelona, accusing him of crimes of document forgery and identity fraud.
