Sixteen are under investigation for public disturbance and give evidence for having cut off traffic in the Vallvidrera tunnel during the 8 November strike

Breaches:

Sixteen residents from La Floresta (Sant Cugat del Vallès) are under investigation and give evidence before the Fourth Examining Magistrate’s Court of Rubí for an alleged crime of public disturbance for participating in cutting off the C-16 at the Vallvidrera tunnel, during the 8 November general strike. Four of them adhere to their right to remain silent. The investigation begins following a report by the Mossos d’Esquadra. All those under arrest are identified by the number plates of the cars parked in the area but no specific person was identified. One of those under investigation was on a trip at the time of the events, so he alleges that it was impossible for him to have participated in the incident.
