A woman from Viladecans acquitted of having shared the picture of the court clerk of the Investigating Court number 13 search

Barcelona Investigating Court number 16 acquits Ramona, from Viladecans, of having shared Montserrat del Toro’s picture. Ramona had tweeted an image with a text, after the statement of the clerk in the case against the 1 October referendum leaders in the Supreme Court, that asked to make her statement without her image being made public. Montserrat del Toro was the court clerk in charge of the search of the premises of the Ministry of Economy on 20 September 2017, following orders of Investigating Court number 13. The Prosecutor’s Office requests two years in prison for the crimes of obstruction to justice, coercion and defamation to public servants and a daily fine of fifteen euros during fifty months.
