A criminal judge of Sabadell sentences the former mayor of Sabadell Maties Serracant for a crime of serious disobedience, with the mitigation of undue delays. The ruling considers that Serracant was aware of the mandate of the Constitutional Court on the 1-O referendum. Serracant announces that it will appeal against the sentence.
