Breaches:
The National High Courtis investigating Carrasco for protests organised by the CDRsagainst the imprisonment of some ministers, the president of Parliament Carme Forcadell, and the arrest of Carles Puigdemont in Germany. Carrasco appears publicly in Brussels for the first time since the Civil Guard attempted to arrest him at his home in Esplugues de Llobregat and his lawyer declares that Carrasco is considered the alleged author of a crime of terrorism, rebellion and sedition for actions that he had not been related to until now.
